Both our Standard Shipping and Free shipping (applies on orders over €30) is delivered with Swedish Mail Service (Postnord).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We ship all orders from Sweden (that small country way up north). Expected delivery times are 3-4 working days in Europe and 5-6 working days to USA, Asia and Australia.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We offer payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Alipay, Bancontact, Giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24 (P24) and SOFORT.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, it is very safe. We never handle any payment information – instead our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal and Apple) handle everything regarding payments. These companies are huge and comply to all laws regarding international payments.
Orders and Returns
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you really don’t – but we highly recommend that you create one anyway. If you create an account you can keep track of your orders and will be able to receive great deals. If you want to create one, either simply check the “Create Account” checkbox in the checkout, or click this link.
Who should I contact if I have any queries?

How Can I Return a Product?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We pride ourselves to be REALLY fast shippers, so you have to be a really fast canceller 🙂 However, Swedish time zones normally gives you a couple of hours between order placing and shipping. If you order has not been shipped yet, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you cancel your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
If you’ve chosen Standard Shipping or ordered enough items to get the Free Shipping, it is sent with a delivery method that has no tracking number. In these cases the tracking simply means if we’ve shipped your order or not. If you want to see this or have chosen another shipment method, either log in to your account and click “My Orders” or click this link to track your order.

We’re sure you have! Actually, Swedes normally speaks english quite well but spelling is harder than talking. We’d really love if you helped us getting better at this, so please send an email to email@example.com with your findings.
